The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is a committee set up by Illinois State statutes. This committee meets the second Wednesday of each month. The ZBA makes recommendations to the Village Board of Trustees regarding all zoning changes - whether the zoning requests are for new properties or for changes to existing properties. This committee is regulated by State statutes.
