The Cherry Valley Police Department is hiring part-time Park Rangers to patrol Village parks and bike paths. The Rangers will liaison with the patrol officers and will not have police powers, arrest authority, nor carry a weapon. Applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check. Applications will be accepted through May 18th, 2013, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm at the Cherry Valley Police Department or on this web site.
