The Planning & Development Committee meets at 6:45 PM on the fourth Tuesday of each month. All development issues are discussed in this committee. Rezoning requests that have passed through the Zoning Board of Appeals and Variance requests that have gone to the Planning Commission come to this committee next. New developments and site plan review are among the other topics discussed. |
